Robert J. Cummings, Jr. – President & Founder

Official reporter for NYS Supreme Court for 35 years and a Certified Legal Video Specialistist (NCRA certification) for 20 years. Knows the inner workings of the courts and presentation of videos to be placed before juries and judges. Has spoken to Bar Associations on the proper performance and taking of legal video proceedings.

Cecelia Cummings

Vice President. A Certified Legal Video Specialist for 15 years. Cecelia has 10 years of still photography experience prior to becoming a CLVS and she has taped over 1,000 legal video proceedings. Cecelia also runs the daily operations at Cummings Reporting & Video Services and will be your contact person when calling for our services.

John Schoenberger

John has worked with Cummings Reporting over 10 years . He has taped over 2,000 legal video proceedings and is intimately familiar with courtroom presentations of video proceedings to juries. John is a Syracuse University graduate with a Communications degree in Television, Film, and Radio.

Our office is located on prestigious “Lawyers Row” in beautiful bucolic Goshen, New York. The front of our offices looks out onto the white columns of the 1841 Courthouse, while our back windows look into the National Historic Track of the Trotters.
